Decision Sciences International Corporation (DSIC), an advanced technology provider of security and detection systems, today announced it has appointed Dr. Gene W. Ray, former CEO of Titan Corporation, as interim Chief Executive Officer and Admiral Jay M. Cohen (USN, Ret), former Undersecretary of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), as interim Chief Operating Officer.
